Williams not ruling out flywheel KERS By Simon Strang and Pablo Elizalde Thursday, February 24th 2011, 12:11 GMT Williams technical director Sam Michael says his team is not ruling out using its flywheel KERS this year, although he conceded it was very unlikely.
